Babitha currently oversees residential healthcare services across multiple Auckland homes, leading a team of more than 35 staff. Her expertise covers compliance, risk management, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex health protocols with clarity and care. She is adept in using systems like MYOB, iPlanit, Xero, and Elmo to run lean, compliant, and responsive operations.
As a mentor, she draws from her background as a clinician (BDS) and her postgraduate studies in Health Management to advise on:
